This restaurant is an authentic surprise: the seemingly simple and unassuming names of the dishes conceal an extraordinary technique, designed to bring out the flavours of exceptional seafood; it is the creativity, at times sheer genius, that takes us by surprise. The sometimes overused concept of “cooking with produce”??????? reaches its fullest expression here: this is seafood as you have rarely tasted it, with aromas that waft through a refined dining room in shades of sea and sand. Gianfranco Pascucci is the architect of this emotional experience, while Vanessa Melis conveys his message and his love for fish in the dining room, with passion, expertise and a smile.
"Proximity and consistency within an organic farm with livestock, vegetable gardens, orchards, and production of oil, wine, and ancient grains. We also support “Forest for the Planet” by donating 5 hectares of woodland to counteract the effects caused by carbon dioxide."
