The complete list of all starred restaurants in the MICHELIN Guide Austria 2026 can be found here. The MICHELIN Guide Austria presents in this year's selection a total of 101 starred restaurants.

A new Three-Star restaurant, Steirereck im Stadtpark, achieves the highest culinary distinction. 13 new Two-Star restaurants and 53 new One-Star restaurants also reflect the fantastic achievements of Austria's restaurateurs.

The MICHELIN Guide is making its long-awaited return to Austria. On January 21, 2025, Michelin will unveil its restaurant selection for the country, marking a new chapter in its Austrian history. The ceremony will take place at the iconic Hangar-7, located at Salzburg Airport.
