Chef/owner Michael Rafidi and team are behind this casual, all-day concept in Georgetown where Levantine cooking takes center stage with the help of a wood-burning oven. There’s almost always a line stretching out the front door — and for good reason. The morning menu features pastries, breakfast sandwiches and shakshuka. Come afternoon, find pitas stuffed with smoked chicken and pickles, creamy dips like hummus with lamb and date molasses plus vibrant mezzes. The pita chips alone are irresistible.
