Having developed a following with a residency near Borough Market, the team found a permanent home for this restaurant amidst the bright lights of Soho. A typically energetic spot that feels right on-trend with the times, the cooking here is focused largely on Northern Thai barbecue – although dishes from the country’s other regions do feature. Expect to find measured yet vibrantly flavoured creations such as the moreish ‘Prawns KJ’ and the ‘Khao Soi’ with barbecued chicken thighs. Leaving without being hit too hard in the wallet adds to the appeal.
