• COMPLIMENTARY SOFA BED:
• - The size is 190 multiply 90 centimeters (placed in the entertainment room)/220 multiply 75 centimeters (placed in the bedroom);
• Folding bed:
• - The size is 195 multiply 95 centimeters(placed in the entertainment room) ,cost at CNY680 and an additional 16.6% service fee per room per night, not including extra breakfast.
• Only one folding bed can be added and will be placed in the entertainment room. And the space in the entertainment room is limited, with only one choice between a folding bed and a sofa bed.
• EXTRA BREAKFAST
• - Under and including 6 years old children's breakfast is free. Price of 7-12 years old children’s breakfast is CNY 145 and an additional 10% service fee per child per day. Price for 13 years old and above years old guests breakfast is CNY 288 and an additional 10% service fee per guest per day.

The total number of guests and visitors of Shikumen Villa cannot exceed four, the total number of guests and visitors of Two Bedroom Shikumen Deluxe Villa cannot exceed six, and the total number of residents and visitors of Three Bedroom Shikumen Grand Villa cannot exceed eight.
• - Without permission, all public areas of the hotel cannot be used for professional photography equipment and commercial photography.
