Elke vrijdag delen we een recept van een chef uit de MICHELIN Gids dat u thuis kan klaarmaken. Vandaag is dat rode mul met parelcouscous, mosselen en een bouillabaissesaus van Tonny Berentsen, chef van De Kromme Dissel in Heelsum, dat al 50 jaar wordt bekroond met een MICHELIN ster.
