The stylish hotel enjoys expansive views of the valley, and the intimate, quiet setting borders on sacred. Off to the side, find a room where a large U-shaped counter encircles a kitchen team busy at work preparing a contemporary Mexican tasting menu that features quality, locally sourced seafood.
