The former village hall of Céroux-Mousty has been converted into a welcoming bistro. Marc Volkaerts throws all his enthusiasm into crafting his own version of classical cuisine, such as shrimp fritters, sole fish fingers or duck shepherd’s pie. He adds a personal and distinctive spin, courtesy of his extensive experience, creating dishes that stand out with crispy crunchy details or delicately, tangy touches.
