On a quiet, tucked-away street far from the well-trodden paths, a small neighborhood restaurant tells the story of a couple who, after experiences abroad, chose to return and put down roots here. The result is a venue of authentic character, where a familial warmth is immediately palpable and becomes an integral part of the experience. The nimble, ever-evolving menu reflects a cuisine that approaches flavors with contemporary sensitivity: from gentler notes, such as roasted squash with Parmigiano foam and almond crumble, to bolder tones, exemplified by an excellent Carnaroli saffron risotto enriched with tongue and a vibrant parsley sauce.
