In this lovely, pink-brick château deep in the countryside, the kitchen works only with premium produce. They add a modern spin to local ingredients, courtesy of highly contrasting flavours, like seabass in citrus fruit stock or roast figs with a mousse of fresh goat’s cheese and vanilla-laced olive oil ice cream… The musical theme is visible not only in the fine-tuned culinary score, but also in the harmonious decor: a sculpture of a saxophone and a violin-shaped swimming pool!
