Brugarol is tucked away in one of the narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter, a district with lots of culinary competition. This small but interesting dining space defines itself as a “tapas bar with the soul of an izakaya”, where chef Angelo Scirocco's cuisine combines Japanese techniques with Mediterranean ingredients (many of these, such as cheese, sobrasada and even wine, are sourced from his own farm in Palamós).
