This small restaurant, which always offers a choice of seasonal dishes and several daily specials, is a temple for steak tartare, offering a superb classic interpretation of the dish along with four other personalised options (Roquefort; Calvados and red onion confit; foie gras; and red tuna), all prepared in front of guests.
