One of the busiest restaurants in the city (so booking well in advance is recommended), Nautika serves carefully prepared, traditional cuisine that is full of flavour. The dishes here are rooted in a respect for local traditions and enhanced with French and Italian influences, while avoiding the latest culinary trends and exotic twists. The service is impeccable and the wine list highly impressive. Make sure you try the prawns with semolina gnocchi, beurre blanc, parsley cream and toasted almonds, a dish full of delicious and enticing flavours. There’s a magnificent view of the two fortresses lit up at night from the front terrace.
