Behind the beautiful historical half-timbered façade of this listed 14C building in the heart of the Old Town, there lies a tasteful, modern interior. In this setting, Fabian Sollbach serves up a modern take on French cuisine, in which select ingredients take centre stage. The ambitious dishes include elegant fjord trout with Maine lobster and pearl barley. The attractively priced lunch menu is also very popular. There are a handful of places to be had on the small gallery level and, in summer, tables are set up on an inviting terrace on the Kornmarkt. Tip: The cathedral is just a stone's throw away – it is well worth having a stroll through the charming Old Town.
