After years working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Lazio, owner-chef Kerim Jlali has achieved his dream of opening his own restaurant here, along with his life-partner Chiara. In an informal and colourful setting, the chef demonstrates his passion for fish and seafood, transforming his ingredients into contemporary recipes using skilful techniques (he refers to his restaurant as a “lab”) . The end results are visually striking and full of colour.
