MasterChef winner Valerio Braschi has taken up residence in the heart of Milan, with views of the Duomo and the piazza, visible from the windows of the elegant dining room and, above all, from the splendid terrace (fifth floor) devoted to cocktails but also offering slightly more casual dining. The cooking is contemporary, the menu even includes dishes such as “Risotto, saffron and ossobuco” and “Costoletta alla Milanese...and then some.” Choose the full tasting menu or order à la carte; in either case, dishes are crafted with balance and completeness of flavor, starting from top-quality ingredients.
