Laura Überschär and Joris Hogervorst have been running this charming country house since September 2024. Having worked at respected establishments in Germany and his native Netherlands, the chef showcases his talent through clever combinations of seasonal ingredients. Regional produce goes into delicious vegetable-forward dishes with a unique twist. The four- or five-course set menu comes either with fish and meat or in a vegetarian version. The wine list includes a selection of organic wines. To go with the set menu, there are wine pairings or an alcohol-free alternative. The front-of-house team is exceptionally friendly and professional; the chef, too, often puts in an appearance – they are happy to talk you through the dishes and provide information on the provenance of ingredients. Wood and a palette of muted tones make for a relaxed, cosy atmosphere.
