Set in a lovingly restored castle brewery, this restaurant serves freshly prepared, flavoursome dishes in an attractive space featuring exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings and modern interior design. Friendly service. The cuisine has a regional dimension but also incorporates international influences, and stands out for its depth, flavour and confident execution. In addition to the frequently changing à la carte selection, there is the "Genießer-Menü", a set menu available in either a meat and fish or a vegetarian version, and the six- to eight-course "Gourmet-Menü", with optional wine pairing.
