This heritage building dating back to 1929 is now home to a concept developed by celebrity chef Guillaume Galliot. On a curved wall in the main dining space, tall, narrow windows emphasise the lofty ceilings. The menu features French classics alongside novel creations inspired by Asian flavours. For starters, try the pâté en croûte: pork, duck, duck liver and pistachios encased in a pastry crust. The wine list is big on Burgundy labels.
