Puglian chef Mirko Febbrile creates a dining experience with a strong sense of ceremony at Somma. The lofty space in a former school library evokes grandeur right off the bat. After being greeted by the chefs at the door, diners are escorted to an open kitchen to taste some hors d'oeuvres, then seated. Every course has some kind of wow factor with a Puglian touch. The cheese course with curated drink pairings is simply ingenious.
