A refined and elegant atmosphere that takes on a decidedly romantic character in the evening: for over twenty years this has been the venue of choice in Bolzano for those wishing to enjoy fish prepared according to the most classic recipes of the Italian maritime tradition, founded upon the quality of the catch – sourced predominantly from the Mediterranean – and upon clean flavours. At the helm are two brothers of Neapolitan origin, a detail that accounts for certain Campanian echoes among the offerings and for the presence of pizza, available in the evening only and baked in a wood-fired oven.
