This converted wine storehouse with its authentic metal frame is spacious, comfortable and oozing in charm! The cuisine is aligned with the seasons and relies on small-scale local producers. Delicate, colourful dishes can be paired with wines from the estate, which are produced without additives, using agroecological methods. Pleasant guestrooms for overnight stays.
"The Domaine has been committed to a responsible approach since its inception. Our wines are produced using agroecological methods (without pesticides, herbicides or synthetic additives); we heat the buildings using geothermal energy; and our swimming pool is filtered using plants. At the restaurant, we have a "zero km" sourcing policy."
