Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Classic country elegance and a setting radiating natural charm await you at this stunning estate. Inside, the wooden beams, terracotta floor and crackling fire create a special atmosphere. Regional ingredients come into their own in indulgent dishes. The tasting menu is outstanding, but the à la carte options – such as the classic tournedos Rossini – are equally tempting. For example, chef Berry Thüss serves a terrine of succulent short rib and white leek, with crispy asparagus tempura, al dente vegetables and an onion dressing. Definitely worth the journey!
