Two restaurants awarded a MICHELIN STAR

Housed in a 17C palazzo that has been turned into a flamboyant boutique hotel, De Mondion is emblematic of Maltese haute cuisine. In early 2020, the restaurant was awarded one star in the brand new Malta MICHELIN Guide. An invitation to discover the inspired cuisine of Kevin Bonello and his team, an ode to Mediterranean flavours and a championing of local produce.
