Two restaurants awarded a MICHELIN STAR

Valletta, Malta's economic and cultural capital, boasts a thriving restaurant scene today. Housed in a 17C palazzo that has been turned into a flamboyant boutique hotel, De Mondion is emblematic of Maltese haute cuisine. In early 2020, the restaurant was awarded one star in the brand new Malta MICHELIN Guide.
