In the heart of Girona's Barri Vell, in a narrow street that runs parallel to the Onyar riverbed, this restaurant is a great option, surprising diners with its interior design, the kitchen open to the dining room and large stone arches that speak of the magnificent urban historical legacy. The couple at the helm, formed with the Roca brothers, champion traditional Catalan cuisine expertly brought up to date, constantly looking at the season and with interesting suggestions. Our recommendations? We especially liked both the scallop tartare, manzanilla olive and piparra sauce and the creamy Palamós shrimp omelette.
