A young chef, strengthened by experience in important kitchens, has brought the village’s old nursery school back to life, carefully restoring it and transforming it into a restaurant that proposes contemporary cooking with more or less overt ties to the local area. The offering is structured around tasting menus, from which individual dishes may also be chosen à la carte. Among the dishes not to be missed is the marinated brown meagre fillet with seasonal vegetables: impeccable cooking, convincing pairings and a harmonious balance that leaves its mark. In summer, a wonderful outdoor space, almost overlooking the banks of the Argentina river – which gives its name to the entire valley – provides a particularly evocative setting, perfect for completing the gastronomic experience.
