Under the careful direction of Roberto Conti, here in the role of executive chef, this intimate address in the basement of an elegant central building, predominantly used for offices, presents cooking that reinterprets Milanese tradition with contemporary sensibility. The dishes speak a modern language, punctuated by refined Japanese influences that emerge decisively in the sharing snacks, raw dishes and sushi rolls. The establishment also functions as a cocktail bar, thanks to a list of twelve original drinks, created in-house and united by a constant Japanese-inspired thread.
