The hip younger sibling of the starred OAK, DOOR73, has forged its own vibrant personality. A vintage tiled floor adds warmth to the modern interior while the open kitchen adds a buzzy vibe. The Josper oven rolls out skilfully crafted, international and unorthodox dishes to share. The chef embarks us on an intense journey with grilled hispi cabbage coated in a spicy sauce, toasted hazelnuts, chunks of grapefruit and a yoghurt dressing.
