The popular belief about the MICHELIN Guide is that it’s all about the stars, but don’t forget about Bib Gourmand too! Bib Gourmand awarded restaurants are adored by their many diners, because these restaurants offer satisfaction beyond what you’d expect for the price. Today, we present a list of eight restaurants that will be joining our Kyoto Osaka Selection.

A total of 77 food establishments are awarded a Bib Gourmand, with 67 in Hong Kong and 10 in Macau. Out of the 10 new Bib Gourmand entrants (9 new, 1 moved from MICHELIN Selected), 7 are from Hong Kong and 3 are from Macau.

The list features a total of 196 budget-friendly eateries in Thailand, with 32 New Entries, consisting of 28 brand new additions to the Guide, and 4 moving from the MICHELIN selected category.

19 new establishments — 2 restaurants and 17 hawker stalls — are awarded a Bib Gourmand in Singapore this 2023, making a total of 79 Bib Gourmand addresses in the Lion City.

With three MICHELIN Stars, Villa Crespi restaurant enters the gastronomic Italian constellation.
