Under this name, a Galician term that could be translated as ‘affection’ or ‘indulge’, is a modern tavern gaining popularity in the Chamberí district and, more specifically, in the always lively Ponzano area. This small establishment, with two beer barrels at the entrance, defines itself as an Atlantic tavern committed to sustainable cuisine (striving to achieve zero waste). Owner and chef Guille Rivera champions a simple à la carte designed for sharing, highlighting dishes such as Navaja, pil-pil and green mojo (there are four units), Tortilla stuffed with pig's trotters or what they call Merluza a la gallega 2.0. The wine cellar is dominated by Galician wines and you can even eat at the bar!
