At this restaurant, owner-chef Franco Franciosi focuses on the Abruzzo in dishes which are both traditional and modern. The cuisine showcases the best ingredients from the region, including home-grown vegetables from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden and excellent bread made with solina wheat (typical of the Apennines), amid a decor that focuses on sustainability.
