In this bright, contemporary restaurant boasting superb views, the full bounty of the sea is honoured through traditional cooking that is always based around the freshest ingredients. Choose between an array of rice (for a minimum of two people) and fideuá dishes, as well as a good choice of meat, plus a selection of superb fish from the auction in Xàbia. The turbot with pilpil is worthy of special mention, thanks to its mouthwatering grilled aromas.
