At this classic waterfront pavilion, every table enjoys panoramic views of the mighty Bosporus, with its endless stream of boats – a breathtaking setting in which to savour the finest seafood. Having sampled the aromatic mezze presented at your table, you pick your fish from the abundant selection and indicate if you would like it steamed, barbecued or deep-fried. The kitchen puts the emphasis squarely on flavour, without any unnecessary flourishes. The Iskele special, a seafood pan with octopus, prawns and more, is seasoned only with paprika and chilli.
