This authentic farmhouse dating from 1885 combines rural charm and modern design – the ideal setting in which to experience Grégory Nicole's cuisine. The finesse with which this French chef pays tribute to his homeland is a testament to his expertise. More modern inspirations add a dash of excitement without overcomplicating things. He surprises diners with, for instance, his own take on Poire Williams, or a beautiful cod fillet infused with zesty notes. Be sure to try the tuna pizza, a tribute to master chef Joop Braakhekke. Le Nod is also a sure bet at lunchtime!
