The choice to exhibit this car, which was the most advanced of its time, is no coincidence, as the restaurant is located on the future-oriented EUREF campus, a model district for climate protection, resource conservation and sustainability. The cuisine, based on select ingredients, is also of interest, with a good selection of modern dishes, including vegetarian and "Grill & Share" dishes, as well as Imperial caviar and a four-course signature menu.
