For starters, carpaccio of sea bass with tosazu sauce; followed by monkfish, Jerusalem artichoke and a creamy sherry emulsion; and finally, for dessert, a hazelnut praline choux bun. All aboard for a culinary cruise in the comfort of this delightful, bright and airy space that is reminiscent of a boathouse and commands a sweeping view of the rugged coastline.
