Lola has been a firm fixture of the well-heeled Sablon district since 1994. A neutral colour scheme adorns the modern interior, while the terrace, decked in vibrant reds, awaits you in fine weather. The extensive à la carte menu stars a cast of pedigree classics: beef carpaccio à la Harry’s Bar, fork-tender calf’s sweetbread vol-au-vent, linguine in salted butter or a subtle creation of scallops and caramelized endive with a Riesling-flavoured fluffy mousseline. Something of a darling with the foodies of Brussels – and rightly so!
