Buda Myeonoak, relocated near Haeundae Beach in 2021, offers Pyeongyang cold noodles made out of 100% buckwheat flour. Served with mild, umami-rich broth, the noodles are pleasantly chewy, revealing additional nutty flavour with every bite.
