Ornate high ceilings and deep green banquettes create an elegant look for this formal French restaurant that's an offshoot of the famous Paris original. Attractively presented, French-based dishes – such as roast venison with celeriac and capers – are accompanied by an exceptional wine list, which includes Château Lafite Rothschild dating back to 1897 and Château d'Yquem from 1924. There are also 110 wines available by the glass, with four different pairings (covering four price brackets and two sizes), suggested for each dish.
