This restaurant will whisk you off to Osaka to discover the city's culinary speciality of kushikatsu (meat, vegetables or seafood skewers, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried). A low-key setting provides the perfect foil to the chef’s virtuoso performance: shiitake stuffed with ginger-laced chicken, foie gras flambéed in Japanese whisky and wasabi or brochette of wagyu beef. Bold flavours depict the evening omakase menu, while the score is simpler at lunchtime.
