Take a seat in front of the former stock exchange to savour the culinary classics of Venice and northeast Italy in a refined Venetian-inspired interior by Philippe Starck. The first-class, cherry-picked ingredients include veg straight from a “respectful cottage garden” and fish from sustainable sources.
