Chef Fabrice Rodot is a food lover, and he proves it with his dishes, which feature local and seasonal ingredients. He has a perfect grasp of the classics, and this cosy restaurant with rustic touches is a lovely setting in which to eat: cauliflower in a brioche crust, mousseline cream; organic veal, peas and carrots, sauce Périgueux-style jus; crêpes Suzette flambéed on a pedestal table. Not forgetting the excellent house-made bread! In fine weather, head for a table by the fountain on the terrace.
