Chef Chris D'Ambro engages guests during this leisurely tasting menu that can take upwards of three hours. What’s the rush, anyway? House-made pasta and gnocchi, warm focaccia and the likes of sweetbreads and lamb draw on Italian inspiration and reflect the team’s own commitment to the changing seasons.
