In the narrow streets of the historic center, once you cross the threshold the atmosphere could not be more authentic: dining rooms with barrel-vaulted ceilings and an evocative inner courtyard, where tables find their place beneath ancient porticoes. The kitchen pursues a passionate exploration of Apulian products and recipes, interpreted with care and authenticity.
