A 150-year-old heritage building is home to this venture by the Thai chef of Le Du fame. The room, however, feels hip and lively thanks to a red colour scheme and a funky soundtrack. Sood means ‘ultimate’ in Thai and chef Ton imbues traditional Thai flavours with novel wow factors for a knock-out experience.
