The two Argentinian brothers behind this popular neighborhood restaurant have chosen a name that pays tribute to their grandmother. But rather than limiting themselves to their Argentinian roots, they cook open-minded, contemporary cuisine drawing on Iberian-Italian influences and making use of all resources at their disposal. Good examples of this are the lightly marinated mackerel on crusty sesame bread, covered with a tangy garlic and horseradish butter, or the guinea fowl pâté with green tomato relish.
