Run by Stefan Haas, this restaurant offers a totally immersive experience. The open kitchen allows you to witness firsthand how the chef-patron transforms seasonal ingredients into flavoursome dishes with his own creative touch. There is no menu in the traditional sense: you are given small cards with sketches and explanations of the dishes – you then compile your own meal from these options. Modern and minimalist in style, the dining space has only a limited number of tables. Service is friendly and adept – your host and sommelier Juliane Haas brings a warm, personal touch.
