Run by Rita and Domenico Miggiano-Köferli, Gasthof Löwen's second eatery is a delightful and more down-to-earth alternative to the fine dining restaurant. The atmosphere is inviting, not least because of the warm hospitality provided by the waitstaff. The freshly prepared, flavoursome dishes include pan-fried Lötschberg perch fillet with lemon thyme and almond butter, and Zurich veal ragout with glazed vegetables and butter rösti.
