The chic, rather imposing deluxe brasserie of the famous Baur au Lac hotel does full justice to the grand hotel's high culinary standards. It serves international cuisine firmly rooted in the classics and made with excellent ingredients. The menu includes, for example, grilled dishes, pasta and classics such as Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (sliced veal served in a cream and mushroom sauce), Chateaubriand for two, and caviar. Beautifully curated wine list. Service is friendly and professional. Lovely central location close to Lake Zurich.
